Had a lovely stay with spacious Executive King Room, and breakfast was simply delicious with so many hot dishes. Downside was the WiFi, honestly a hassle to connect!

The Deluxe King Room was clean, comfortable, and featured an impressively large bed. The location is superb, right next to a city center park, making it a nice place to unwind after a day of wandering.

The air conditioning was hit-or-miss. it barely heated and left us feeling a bit chilly at times. We faced ongoing issues with the room key readers, having to get them reprogrammed over ten times during our stay. The dining options were also subpar, with a breakfast buffet lacking variety and the food quality that just didn’t match the hotel's supposed five-star status. the loud music blaring in the lobby was quite distracting and didn’t set the right tone upon entering the hotel.

Positive, I had a great stay in the Executive King Room. The early check-in was a bonus, and the breakfast had a rich variety. Room views were stunning, making it a perfect place to relax after city exploring. Excellent staff service made it memorable! 🌟

The rooms are spacious, and my Deluxe King Room had a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The staff were helpful when I needed assistance, including quick issue resolution for some minor issues with the internet connection. I did face a few inconveniences. The air conditioning in my room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and the breakfast selection could have offered more variety. wait times for service at times felt longer than expected.

The 24-hour room service was a lifesaver, it was late when we arrived and hungry, and they delivered some great food right to our door. the sauna and pool made us feel relaxed after a long day, we were just chilling and enjoying the vibes.
